I am a self-taught visual artist and I have developed in abstract surrealism, in my development I have been basically involved in the search for what has allowed me to rediscover art under my own concepts.<\/p>\n<p>In April 2020, \"Where the Heart Rules\" will be presented at the Independence Branch Library in Chicago, Illinois and in November of the same year the exhibition \"Between Myths and Realities of the Soul\" (These two presentations will be conditioned to the improvement of the current situation on the planet, but I have the letters-of-commitment from said events). 2019 exhibition \u201cWhere the heart rules\u201d, in October it was presented at the Colby Gallery in Chicago, Illinois, in May at the Lic. \u00c1ngel C\u00e9sar Mendoza Ar\u00e1mburo University Cultural Polyforum of the Autonomous University of Baja California Sur (UABCS), and in March at the NIM restaurant in La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico. In 2018 I re-presented the exhibition \"Labyrinths of the soul\" at the Casa Parra Gallery in La Paz, BCS and participated in the \"Nunca fues nada\" Biennial at Galer\u00eda 14 in Mexico City. In 2017 I present the exhibition \"Labyrinths of the soul\" at the La Paz Cultural Center in La Paz, Baja California Sur, it is presented again in the forum of the NIM restaurant in the same city and is part of the qualifying jury of the Expo Arte del Instituto Sea of \u200b\u200bCortez in La Paz, BCS; in 2016 I held the exhibition \"Espiritual Nature\" at the La Paz Cultural Center in La Paz, Baja California Sur; In 2015 I closed a cycle of exhibitions with \"27 Espiritual\", which was presented in different forums: 2015 La Paz Cultural Center, in La Paz, Baja California Sur; 2014, Miguel Lomel\u00ed Theater in San Jos\u00e9 del Cabo, Baja California Sur; 2013, Cultural Pavilion of the Republic, Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur; 2012, Ex-Convent of the Desert of the Lions, Cuajimalpa de Morelos, CDMX; 2011, Loreto Encinas de Avil\u00e9s Gallery, Cuajimalpa de Morelos, CDMX. In 2013, \"Lagunas\" is presented at the Puerto Para\u00edso Shopping Center, Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, Mexico. During 2015, 2016 and 2017 I was sworn by PACMYC (Program to Support Municipal and Community Cultures). In 2012, the \u201cFusion\u201d exhibition was held at La Forja Restaurant, in Metepec, State of Mexico.<\/p>\n<p>My development within art has allowed me to be part of different activities:<\/p>\n<p><strong>2007:<\/strong> I was part of the project \"Know your environment... The environment is you\" artistic project of the Faculty of Engineering, Division of Basic Sciences, winner of the \"Art everywhere\" contest of the Secretary of Culture of the Government of the Federal District; in which I had the opportunity to go to teach painting at the Reclusorio Preventivo Varonil Oriente and thanks to that opportunity I discovered the technique that I now use, called marquetry, however I managed to transform it in a way that instead of doing it as it is commonly handled, I make improvements in its elaboration to generate a personal concept, the technique becomes a new form of marquetry that consists of the use of small pieces of polychrome wood, suggesting brushstrokes with them, which led me to carry out a series of personal interpretations of masterpieces, especially Van Gogh's, to interpret my own vision of expressionism.<\/p>\n<p>During the process of this project, I was invited by the penitentiary authorities to make a mural that is located in the Directorate of the Oriente Male Preventive Prison.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1997:<\/strong> I made the calligraphy of the book \"La Espiral\" a biography of Omar Gasca's 9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1996:<\/strong> Collective exhibition \"Satellites of Light\" at the El S\u00f3tano gallery in the Roma neighborhood, Mexico City.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1991:<\/strong> \"20 love letters and an unbridled passion\" of inks and watercolors at the Tao Gallery in Ciudad Sat\u00e9lite, State of Mexico.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1985:<\/strong> Elaborated the calligraphy of the book \"El mutante\" by Dr. Mar\u00eda Dolores D\u00edaz y Nieto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exhibitions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Individuales<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>2023:<\/strong> \u201cEncuentros cercanos del imaginario\u201d Galer\u00eda Carlos Olachea, La Paz, BCS.
