Conceptual Justification<\/strong><\/h3>\n

For me there is nothing better than being in the sea surrounded by a school of fish. I hold my breath and dive between them. My dream is to have gills. I arrived in La Paz in 1976 and since then I have seen a huge decline in the fish population. This year I had an experience that I thought I would never live again. In Cabo Pulmo I saw a school of hundreds of Bigeye Jacks (mackerel) , something I saw regularly on Las \u00c1nimas Island in the 80's. I was filled with joy and hope. The Cabo Pulmo marine park is a true refuge for these fish and a great achievement in environmental protection.<\/p>\n
